I recently worked on a very interesting project at ESG, which was about analyzing the beer industry environment in China. The focus was made on the famous company Anheuser-Busch
, in order to maximize its success on the Chinese market. The first part of the presentation was then about the industry analysis, while the second one was dedicated to draw a strategy for the next 5 year.
Following the last presentation about Daimler-Chrysler and the world automobile industry that i recently uploaded, I would like to share with you another interesting subject that I studied in Organizational Behavior class at ESG. The goal of this presentation is to focus on the world famous group l’Oréal, and especially on the tools that the company is using daily as a managerial strategy. This presentation was a good way for me to look deeper in the luxury industry, where management definitely plays a crucial role.

I recently uploaded an interesting file about DaimlerChrysler and the world automobile industry. I worked on this case study due to a corporate strategy class presentation, as a part of my MBA program at ESG. It then helps to understand the following key points :
