Focusing on l’Oreal OB tools

Following the last presentation about Daimler-Chrysler and the world automobile industry that i recently uploaded, I would like to share with you another interesting subject that I studied in Organizational Behavior class at ESG. The goal of this presentation is to focus on the world famous group l’Oréal, and especially on the tools that the company is using daily as a managerial strategy. This presentation was a good way for me to look deeper in the luxury industry, where management definitely plays a crucial role.
